The Milsom

Nanu Group were appointed to reimagine this derelict seafood restaurant into a gastro food destination and staycation venue. Bringing warmth, character and charm to every corner of this impressive grade 2 listed building in the heart of Bath.

2 Years in the making and a lot of preserving, enhancing and uncovering existing features like the mosaic flooring seen in the bar area. The mosaic was uncovered during the strip out stage of the project and painstakingly cleaned and restored by the contractors. This makes The Milsom one of our most loved projects to date also bagging us the Northern Design Award for Interior Design - Hotel / Lodging 2023.
