Nanu are proud and excited to announce the opening of our our retail project at the Trinity Leeds pop-up stores BLK BX. This is lauded tailor and designer Timothy Everest’s, of Grey Flannel, chiltern Streets, first store outside of London. A huge amount of work is going into the BLK BX Albion Street Store which was designed and procured by Nanu in only 3 weeks.

MbE’s bespoke and made-to- measure service has an incredibly rich heritage. Its founding partner Timothy Everest MBE was a pioneer of the New Bespoke Movement and has been involved in ateliers in London's Spitalfields for over twenty-five years. Made by Everyone... for you. MbE brings together the best craftsman, materials and designers to create garments that showcase British style in both bespoke and ready to wear ranges.

Nanu were approached to design this 3 month pop up to reflect Tims Chiltern Street Store, Grey Flannel. Using old worn furniture, suspended frames from the ceiling and a 5m mural depicting the Tailors MbE branding this BLK BX has been brought to life. A smoke screen sheer provides a VIP tailoring area to the rear and new hooped dressing rooms have been installed. A pop up bar and DJ booth allow the venue to turn into a night time venue hosting the launch of various local talents.

Expect to see an incredible range of beautifully detailed ready to wear garments alongside shoes, sneakers and one off pieces on large custom ply tables designed specifically for the Leeds store. Original art work by artists such as ‘Lauren Baker’ adorns the walls giving the store that edgy style to compliment the product.
